Hough’s Neck Congregational Church (HNCC) is a small, vibrant Christian ministry that has been serving the spiritual needs of the community for 130 years.

Qualifications
Remote or onsite? Since much to get familiar with tasks, programs and equipment, on-site presence in the church office is not required beyond 30-60 minutes per week to check in with pastor and check surface mail. The Admin may also work entirely in the office if desired.

Context
Hough’s Neck Congregational Church (HNCC) is a small, vibrant Christian ministry that has been serving the spiritual needs of the community for 130 years.
Duties:
- Check and respond to church email 3x weekly
- Monthly newsletter: receive content from volunteers, do layout, print
- Congregation Website: Upload content, e.g.from newsletter
- Calendar: keep digital calendar current
- Zoom: Set up weekly worship Zoom link and share via email
- Directory: Keep updated as members are added or removed (An overhaul was just completed so its status is currently good).
- Maintain office supplies, e.g., stationary, paper and printer ink
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle oral and written confidential information appropriately
- Collaborative and cheerful temperament
- Passes Criminal Offender Background Check (CORI)
