Dear Friends, Happy New Year!! With the holidays behind us and 2026 ahead of us, it is time to focus on the future and beginning our new year’s resolutions. For most of us the indulgent months of November and December have left us planning to initiate lifestyle changes, like eating healthier, exercising more, and getting better rest.
